1 pacakge of Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
1 package lemon instant pudding
3/4 cup of cooking oil - corn or vegetable
4 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 t lemon extract
2 T rum extract

ICING
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (not icing) in mixer bowl
Beat for 10 minutes
Bake in well greased and floured bundt pan
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Remove cake from pan while hot - cool 2 or 3 min.

With a toothpick make holes over top and sides of
cake
Slowly drizzle icing over warm cake
