1 lb beef stew meat
2 tbsp flour
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can beef broth
2 cups carrots
2 medium potatoes, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beef with 1 tablespoon flour. Spray pot with cooking spray. Cook beef until browned. Add remaining flour. Add seasonings and broth. Heat to a boil. Cover; simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add carrots and potatoes. Cover; simmer for 30 minutes or until done. Add more broth if too thick.
