2 packages of Mexican Cornbread mixes
1 can Cream Corn
1 package of Mexican Blend Cheese, grated
1 lb of ground chuck

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook meat with seasoning of your choice till done and drain. Combine Cornbread mix add can of corn and 1/2 of cheese.

Layer in greased skillet. 1/2 of batter, remaining cheese, meat, and remaining batter
