1 T. butter
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 T. cold water
2 T. lemon juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. skim milk
2 yolks of large eggs
2 c. cottage cheese
1 T. vanilla extract
2 c. tangerines

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add graham crumbs and mix. Press into a pie plate. Put water and lemon juice in blender. Sprinkle in gelatin. Cover and blend for 15 seconds on medium speed. Heat milk 3 to 4 minutes until tiny bubbles form around edge. Put in blender and blend 10 seconds low speed until gelatin is dissolved. Scrape sides then blend for 20 seconds longer. Add sugar, egg yolks, cottage cheese and tangerines. Cover and blend 1 minute at high speed until smooth. Cover and chill for 3 hours.
