1 lb cheese cake type cheese
2-3 drops vanilla
1 egg
Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1/2 T Lemon Juice
1 packet of tea biscuits

Chocolate Coating
2-3 T cocoa
1 1/2 oz margarine
4 oz Sugar
2 T of Water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine & sugar
Add cheese cake type cheese, vanilla, egg & lemon.

Arrange dipped biscuits
Add Cheese x 3 layers
end with cheese

Coating
Mix all but Margarine
Take off + add margarine
