6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 - 8 oz sour cream
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup chicken broth
Chow Mein Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken in small amount of water until tender; water should be seasoned with salt, pepper and a little dill weed. Combine soup, sour cream, onion, cheese and broth. Cut up chicken, add to cream mixture and bake in casserole dish until bubbles, about 30 minutes at 350º. Serve over chow mein noodles. Sprinkle paprika and parsley flakes on top of casserole.
