6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 - 8 oz sour cream
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup chicken broth
Chow Mein Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken in small amount of water until tender; water should be seasoned with salt, pepper and a little dill weed. Combine soup, sour cream, onion, cheese and broth. Cut up chicken, add to cream mixture and bake in casserole dish until bubbles, about 30 minutes at 350. Serve over chow mein noodles. Sprinkle paprika and parsley flakes on top of casserole.

This was a favorite growing up but we never got the fancy paprika or parsley flakes. This is the first time I have read the recipe!
