3 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
8 medium green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1-2 Tbsp. jalapeņo pepper, chopped
2-3 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill. Enjoy with Tortilla chips. For the best result, let the flavors soak for about a day in the refrigerator.

This is my favorite salsa recipe. I always add a little bit more salt to taste and some extra hot peppers for an extra kick!
