1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli or 2 c fresh
3 carrots, sliced
1 14-oz can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c mayo
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 c sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Bread crumbs for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Boil or steam broccoli until just tender. In a separate pot, boil or steam carrots until tender. Place artichoke hearts in buttered 9-inch casserole dish. Combine soup, mayo, eggs, lemon juice, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Combine soup mix, broccoli and carrots. Pour over artichokes; sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
