2 c. Potato cubes
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1 chicken bouillon cube
Dash Pepper
2 c. milk
˝ c. sharp cheddar cheese
Green Peppers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Potatoes. Drain water but reserve 1 ˝ cups. Add bullion. Melt butter in same pan as potatoes. Sauté peppers. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in liquid and milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cheese and potatoes.
