4 medium sized tomatoes,sliced (peeled, if desired)
8-10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/3 cup chopped green onion
2 cups grated mozzarella and cheddar (total)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 - 9 inch pre-baked pie shell
1/2 cup zucchini, sliced
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-bake pie shell. Keep oven preheat to 350 degrees. Layer tomato slices, basil, onion, and zucchini , ending with tomato back on top, in the pie shell. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Mix up the cheese and mayonnaise, and spread on top of the tomatoes. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
