1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. apple juice
2 T. cinnamon
1 egg
3 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Grease 12 muffin tins. Pour batter into tins.
You can add different things into the muffins while the batter is in the pan. For example, you can put chocolate chips in some muffins and craisins or nuts in other muffins.
Bake @ 425 º for 10-13 minutes.
