2 Puff pastry doughs, rolled out

Apple mixture:
2 Macintosh apples, peeled & shredded
3 Macintosh apples, peeled and diced
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 t. cinnamon

Streusel:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare apple mixture and set aside. Use a medium size cookie cutter (round or flowershaped) to cut pastry dough. Place each cutout in a muffin pan. Top with apple mixture, then streusel. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
