3 T margarine
1 c white sugar
1 egg, beaten
½ c sour cream
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 c all purpose flour
¾ c mashed bananas
1 T lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine and sugar, reaming until light and fluffy. Add the egg and sour cream; mix well. Combine remaining dry ingredients. Alternately add to creamed mixture with banana, mixing well after each addition. Add lemon juice, stirring until blended. Spoon into well-greased and floured 8x4x3 loaf pan. Bake at 375º for 50 minutes or until bread tests done.
