1 dozen eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 pounds sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 loaf of bread
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add whipping cream. Add nutmeg and mix well. Take loaf bread and trim off the edges. Grease 132x9x2 glass dish. Put the bread in down in the glass dish until the bottom is covered. Layer cooked sausage, then grated cheese. Pour egg mixture over the mixture in the dish. Let it set overnight. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
