1 1/2 C. Flour
3 Tsp. Butter
1/4 C. Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together well and work by hand til dough holds.
Roll out on floured surface and cut into small squares.

Drop into whatever chicken stock recipe you are making.
This would take the place of dumplings as they are homemade square noodles.
