1 package yeast
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup warm water
3 tablespoon instant potatoes

Mix well

Directions:
Refrigerate in container with holes in the lid. If using glass feed in 3 -5 days with 3/4 sugar, 3 tablespoons instant potatoes and 11/4 cup warm water Mix well again.
Continue to feed every 3 -5 days until you are ready to bake.
Leave starter out of refrigerator for 8-12 hours before using. It should be very bubbly. Take out 1 cup for baking and return rest to refrigerator. Resume feeding every 3-5 days until ready to use again.
