3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 package of vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 15oz can peaches (save the juice)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the first six ingredients together. (flour, salt, milk, egg, baking powder, vanilla pudding), Grease pie pan and pour ingredients into the pan. Put the drained can of peaches on top.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoon of reserved juice. Spoon on top of the pie to 1 inch of the edge.

Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle on top and bake 30 to 35 minutes when using a 9 -10 inch pie pan.
