2 lbs beef stew meat cut into 1 inch cubes
3 tablespoons of flour
3 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 cup diced celery
2 cups of an 1/2 inch sliced carrots
2 cups 1 inch cubed potatoes
4 cups of hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat into a crock pot at medium setting. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper over the meat and mix well. Add a layer of onions, celery, carrots and potatoes to pot. Pour hot water into the crock pot. Simmer covered for 8 hours on low heat.
