1 pound ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
2 cans of tomatoes
1 teaspoon chili powder
11/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups regular rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown meat in skillet and then add chopped onion and green peppers. Saute for about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Stir in rice and bake for 1 hour.
