-2 cups Sweetcorn Kernels
-1/3 cup Jasmine Rice
-5 cups Water
-pinch of Salt
- tsp Vanilla Extract
-1 cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place sweetcorn, rice and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.

Stir in the vanilla extract and sugar and cook, stirring for a further 5 minutes.

Serve hot with Coconut dressing on top.
