10 oz bag of Old Dutch Puff Corn (don't use any other brand)
1 C. butter (not margarine)
1-1/4 C. brown sugar
2/3 C. light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Combine butter, brown sugar and light corn syrup in 2-qt saucepan. Cook on medium heat until mixture has melted. Once mixture has melted, add baking soda. (Note: this will cause mixture to foam.)

Pour Old Dutch Puff Corn into large roaster pan. Pour caramel mixture over the puff corn and stir until well mixed. Place in 250º oven for 45 minutes, stirring at least every 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and pour onto waxed paper and break apart. Let cool and enjoy!!
