1 cup self rising cornmeal
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 8oz. carton of sour cream
4 oz. cream style corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine cornmeal and oil. Add eggs and stir then add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9x9 pan and bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
