1 onion (chopped)
1 cup celery (chopped)
1 quart chicken or vegetable stock
2 cans white beans or cannielli beans (rinsed)
1 bunch chared cut into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in 2 tbsp olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook until beans are tender.
