1 egg white, 1 pound nuts, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon water.

Beat egg white and 1 teaspoon water. Add pecans mix other ingredients and pour pecans on cookie sheet. bake 1 hour at 200º
