3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cold water,3/4 cup self rising flour, 2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
beat 3 eggs until light. add 1 cup sugar and continue beating till light and fluffy. Sift 3/4 cup self rising flour, 2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt together. gradually add to egg mixture with 1/4 cup cold water and 1 teaspoon vanilla. grease a shallow pan 11x15. spread batter over entire area and bake 375 for 12-15 minutes. Turn out immediately on a tea towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Spread with favorite jelly while cake is warm. Roll cake and let sit 30 minutes to set.

A tea towel is a dish towel that does not have a lot of fibers sticking out, it is smooth, usually cotton.
