Oriental Broccoli Slaw Recipe

3 pkg. broccoli cole slaw (can also substitute with cabbage cole slaw)
6 scallions, sliced
2 pkg. Ramen Oriental Noodles
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup melted butter

3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. seasoning from the soup mix
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Crush noodles in baking dish. Add almonds, sesame seed and butter. Toast at 350°, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes. Drain and cool on paper towel. Mix together dressing. Stir well and add to cole slaw. Just before serving, toss noodles and sesame seed mixture with salad.
