1 bag of mixed lettuce
1/2 red pepper, cut into bite size
2 hearts of palm, cut in 1/8th inch rounds
10-12 greek olives cut in half
10 cherry tomatoes
feta cheese to taste
pine nuts to taste

Dressing
6 oz balsamic vinegar
2 oz dijon mustard
8 oz olive oil
2 cloves garlic crushed

Directions:

Mix ingredients and toss with dressing right before serving.
