1 pound ground beef
1 onion
salt pepper and garlic to taste
1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 cup elbow macaroni boiled, drained and set aside

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground beef, onion and add all seasoning. Drain off Fat. Return to pan and add diced tomatoes.Simmer for 15- 20 minutes. Add elbow macaroni and serve.
