1 pound ground meat
1 onion
salt, pepper, garlic to taste
4-5 white potatoes boiled and mashed
1 can cream corn
3/4 cup shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Sautee ground beef and chopped up onion. Add all seasonings. Cook till done. Drain off fat if any and set aside. Take a casserole dish and spray with olive oil spray and layer your mashed potatoes.
On top of the potatoes lay out cooked groung beef. Top with cream corn and shredded cheddar
Bake for 35 minutes.
