Hash Brown Pork Bake Recipe

2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can (15 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen shredded hash browns
3 cups left-over pork, shredded
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups corn flakes, crumbled
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

In a large bowl, combine sour cream and soup. Stir in hash browns, pork, Velveeta cheese and onion. Transfer to a sprayed 3 qt. baking dish.

Toss crumbled corn flakes with margarine. Sprinkle on top.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake 10 minutes longer.

If using left-overs, try chicken mixed with pork.
