1/2 stick butter
3 Tbs flour
1/2 cup green onion chopped
2 Tbs minced garlic
2 Tbs parsley
1 can Rotel
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
2 lbs of Shrimp or Crawfish or 1 lbs of each

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and flour in boiler,add onion , garlic and parsley and simmer for a few mins. Add Rotel and soups with 2 cans of water. Cook for 30 mins. Add Shrimp and cook for 15-20 mins more. Turn off heat and let stand for 30 mins. Serve over Rice
