1 1/2 C. Cornmeal
1/4 C. Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 C. Buttermilk
1 Egg
1 C. Finely Crumbled Bacon (fried)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry items, add buttermilk and egg. Stir well.
Season cracklins with salt to taste and fold in last.
Pour batter into greased cast iron skillet or muffin pan.
Bake at 450 for 25 minutes.
