"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Blend cream cheese with melted butter until smooth. Add chicken, milk, seasonings, onion and mix well. The mixture will be like a salad and may be made ahead. When ready to bake, separate crescent rolls dough into four rectangles and gently pinch the perforations together. Rectangles should be gently rolled out a little thinner. Spoon 1/2 cup of chicken mixture into center of rectangle. Pull up the four corners of dough to center. Pinch points together, and twist. Do not seal sides. Brush tops with 1 tbsp. of melted butter and sprinkle top with seasoned breadcrumbs. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
