1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 T. cold water
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (7 oz) can crab (or 1/2 lb. fresh crab)
1 small onion, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1) Dissolve gelatin in cold water. In a medium saucepan, heat soup until warm. Add dissolved gelatin and stir until smooth.

2) Remove soup from heat and add cheese, stirring until well-blended. Add mayonnaise, onion, celery and crab. Pour into mold. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
