2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
2 T. onion, finely chopped
1 T. seasoned salt
2 T. celery, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
1) Beat cheese till smooth. Add all other ingredients less 1 cup nuts. Shape into a ball; roll in nuts. Wrap in foil and refrigerate till chilled.

2) To serve: place on cheese board with your favorite crackers all around.
