Mango, lettuce shredded, cucumbers, red peppers, with cubed cut turkey or chicken, or slices of schnitzel, craisins and/or roasted almonds on top

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing is good with mayo, sweet chili sauce with a bit of hot sesame oil mix equal amounts of chili sauce and mayo, add some water to thin and slowly add a small amount of hot sesame oil.Chopped celery, cubed chicken, chopped cashews or almonds, grapes halved, raisins or craisins and sliced dried apricots. This one is good with a mayo dressing as well.
