2 cups raw long grain rice
1 (15oz) cans tomato sauce
¼ cup ketchup
1 tsp. salt
2 cups water
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Pour the rice into a 9x13 inch or large oval oven to table baking dish.
Add tomato sauce, ketchup, salt and water.
Stir to combine.
Stir in frozen vegetables.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake for one hour.
Remove the foil; allow standing at room temp. For 5 minutes.
Scrape a fork over the grains in all directions to fluff rice and distribute sauce.
