Defrosted package of frozen chopped spinach
Near east almond pilaf
2 bunches scallions
½ cup regular white rice
½ cup oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt, pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost spinach
Cook ½ cup white rice with 1-cup water and add almond pilaf and seasoning packet.
Cook according to recipe on package
Chop scallions
Add scallions, spinach to rice
Mix ingredients for sauce separate and add to rice mix
Serve hot or cold.
