Filling:
1 8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Egg
1/2 C Sugar
1 C Chocolate Chips

Cake:
3 C All Purpose Flour
1/2 C Cocoa
2 C Sugar
2 Tsp Soda
1 Tsp Salt
2 C Water
2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
1/2 C Oil
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake;
In electric mixer, add flour, cocoa, sugar, soda, and salt. Then add water, vinegar, oil, butter, and vanilla.

Filling:
Beat together cream cheese, egg, sugar and add 1 cup milk chocolate chips.

Fill cupcake papers half full with cake mixture and add teaspoon of cheese filling on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes, and use your favorite icing.
