2 Egg Whites
1 Tsp Water
1 Lb Pecan Halves
1/2 C Sugar
1 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat until fluffy - egg whites & water. Add pecan halves, mix until coated. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Pour this over pecans - mix until coated. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 about 25 minutes - stir occasionally.
