Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. orange or lemon cake mix
1 - 3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 can Mountain Dew

ICING
3 Tablespoon flour
1/2 c. sugar
1c. or small can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Use mixer. Add cake ingredients as listed. Mix until smooth, 2-3 minutes. Bake in bundt pan or 2 layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees; bundt pan for 45 minutes; layer cake for 25 minutes-- or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.

Icing; Mix flour and sugar. Add pineapple. Cook in saucepan until thick. Add butter, vanilla, and coconut. Let cool until warm. Spread between layers and on top of cake.
Using a long blade knife, slice bundt cake in half. I use toothpicks to designate the center. Remove carefully and spread cooled icing on bottom half. Then gently put top layer back on. Spread rest of icing over all the cake. Stays moist and freezes well. Ice layer cake same as the bundt cake.

Personal Notes:
I got this recipe from an Amish Cookbook and considering my husband used to work for Pepsi, I decided to try it. Delicious
