3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. raisins or dates
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
confectioner sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light, slowly add sugar, add sifted dry ingredients, add nuts, vanilla, and raisins. Bake in greased 9X13 pan at 350º until toothpick comes out clean. Cut in squares. Roll in Confectioner Sugar.
