3/4 cup Real Lemon Juice
3 cans Eagle Brand Milk
6 eggs, separated
8 Tablespoons of sugar
1 box Ritz crackers
margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, add half the sugar and 3 cans of milk. Then juice, taste.
Butter pie pan, crush Ritz crackers for bottom. Put whole crackers around side. Pour in filling.
For topping, beat egg whites til stiff before adding sugar. Gradually, add the 4 tablespoons of sugar while beating. (optional 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar).
Put topping on top of filling. Put in 375º oven until brown.
