1 large can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla flavoring

Mix 1 large can evaporated milk with sugar and vanilla. Add clean snow to this until you get the consistency that you want.

You may add more sugar and/or vanilla flavoring according on your taste.
