3 cups mashed figs
3 cup sugar
1 - 6 ounce strawberry jello

Directions:
Directions:
Do not peel figs. Wash and mash only. Mix together; bring to a bubbling boil. Boil stirring constantly so it doesn't stick. Boil 3 - 10 minutes until mixture is thick. Put in hot jars and seal.

You can replace the sugar with Splenda and use unsweetened jello if you had rather.
