12 leftover biscuits (homemade is best)
Milk
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 stick margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble biscuits; cover with milk. Let them soak 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased 9X13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350º to 400º for 45 minutes. You may use cinnamon in place of cocoa.

We always loved home made bread pudding. Mama made it often and it never lasted long. It may have been made from left over biscuits, but there was never any left over bread pudding.
