1 Duncan Hines Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Small Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 Eggs
1 1/2 C Milk
1 C Oil

Icing:
8 Oz. Softened Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Powdered Sugar
1/2 C Granulated Sugar
12 Oz. Cool Whip
6 Hershey Bars, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, milk, and oil. Add cake mix and instant pudding. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans for 22 to 25 minutes at 325º.

Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add cool whip. Mix well. Fold in grated Hershey bars.
