2 ripe avocados (pitted, sliced lengthwise),
1 green pepper,
1 red pepper,
1 yellow pepper,
1 jalapeņo,
1/4 c. scallions (chopped),
1/4 c. onions (finely chopped),
1 cucumber (peeled and seeded),
1/4 c. olive oil,
1/4 c. lime juice,
1 tbsp. sugar,
1 tbsp. salt,
1 tsp. oregano,
1 tsp cumin.

Finely chop all vegetables; put in large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix all wet ingredients and spices together. Drizzle over vegetables and serve or chill.
Best served with pita chips.
