1 can pumpkin pie filling,
1 c. vegetable or Canola oil,
4 eggs,
3 c. sugar,
3 1/2 c. flour,
1/2 tsp.baking powder,
2 tsp. baking soda,
1 1/2 tsp. salt,
1 1/2 tsp. allspice,
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg,
2 tsp. cinnamon.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Combine all ingredients and mix well with electric mixer.
Pour batter evenly into 2 prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour (or more if needed). Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Serve warm or cold. Delicious with butter!
