2 cups sifted flour
3/4 cup sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Grated rind of 1 orange
3/4 cup orange juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 cup cranberries, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into bowl; add orange rind; mix. Combine orange juice, egg and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until flour is moistened. Fold in cranberries. Spread in greased 9x5x3-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes.
